Project 52: 3rd Date- Romantic Scrabble

So for our third date we got an idea from the loveactually blog (see the link at the top right of the page) to play romantic scrabble. Basically, scrabble with the rule that you have to use romantic words. We didn't really follow the rules, though, and ended up playing a Hansen family version- Jibberish Scrabble, or in our case Romantic Jibberish Scrabble. It was great fun! I got Jase his favorite candy and some sparkling cider and it was an awesome date night!

Project 52: 2nd date- Shopping/Modeling

This week has been a bit crazy. Jase had the week off of school and so I didn't put as much planning in for the date night as I thought I was going to. We decided to go for a shopping spree since Jase wanted to buy me something for mother's day. He wouldn't let me see what he bought for me but we ended up buying a few other things too... When we came back we decided that to finish our "date" we would model for each other and then have some excellent snacks! Great fun!

Whose pacifier is that anyway?

Yeah, so Dez discovered how to soothe herself with her fingers and hasn't really taken to her bink. Jayci, on the other hand, feels differently I guess! Silly girl!

My attempt at photography

I might actually be able to take good pictures if I could get Jayci to hold still... Or if I knew how to work a camera! But we had fun while we tried anyway! Somehow, black and white seems to make it look more... "professional". But there's still something lacking! Oh well. I'll just have to keep practicing- it's not all that hard to take pictures of my cute girlies! The one on the top would have worked better if she would have been looking at the camera- I want to perfect that pose...


These had good lighting and the one on the bottom would have been perfect if she had actually been leaning against something... :)
