September Fun!

Bath-time at the Hansen household!

Hey cutie!

Say CHEESE!

Cute girls!!

Handsome daddy!

This little girl just delights me!!!

We have some friends that we have been doing some "door bell ditch wars" with. We went to their house one night at drew random pictures on their front walk with sidewalk chalk. This is how they responded...

And this is how we returned their tray! (Don't worry, there was lots of tinfoil covering it so they didn't have to clean off the frosting!) Super fun stuff though! Kayla would be proud of us. We've had a blast!

Accidental Photo Shoot

I kept taking all these pictures of Jayci on the stairs on days where she looked especially cute, and then I realized it had turned into an accidental photo shoot! It's funny to watch as the days go on her clothes go from summer, to fall-ish, to all out fall clothes. Anyway- here's my little princess with all her necklaces.

And all her bracelets...

Daddy bought me a curling iron for my b-day so I was trying it out on both of us. It was lots of fun!

I always love it when her hair is in pig-tails. And I just thought she looked so grown up! That pony she's holding is pretty much her best friend and she sleeps with it every night! :) Good times.

Fun in Idaho

There are 3 grandchildren on the Hansen side and here they are! Jayci, Dez, and baby Brooklyn. Grandma Erickson provided the matching dresses (thank you!!) and they look ADORABLE!!
Here's our newest family picture!
Somewhere in my old postings I have a picture of Jayci about this age "playing the piano"- Dez looks just as cute!
I can't believe how grown up this girl looks- and look at those eyes!! I love putting her in blue because it just makes them SHINE!
And here's just us- so happy and in love! :) Life is good!

Happy Birthday #2!!

We celebrated Jayci's b-day while we were in Idaho. This was the tea set she got- she LOVES princesses! She keeps asking me for water, but I tell her to pretend, so she keeps coming to me saying "Here's pretend to be water mom!"
Jayci opening her tea set...
Random- this is just Janessa and Josh playing with Dez at the party but I thought it was cute!!
Jayci w/ Gramps. They celebrated together! It was awesome fun to see Gr and Gr Erickson- we sure miss and love you guys!
Jayci's cake. Gramps and Jayci had the same cake, except Jayci's whip cream was pink and she had princesses! :) Happy #2!!

BIG Test and Temple Trip

Jason took his BIG test- the Dental Boards- on July 31st. It was during our "summer break". While he was taking his test in SLC I was able to take the girls to the Salt Lake Temple. Jayci loved all the "waterfalls" (like at the Conference Center and the fountains). She was a TROOPER! I didn't have a stroller and she walked the entire time from around 11:30 until Jase finished his test around 3. She had a couple breakdowns, but all in all, I was super impressed with how much energy she had! Of course, she and Dez both fell asleep instantly when we got back into the car to go pick up daddy! :) Anyway- here are some pics of our little temple trip and Jase's study material- once he finished, he spread it all out on the floor and took pics with it. We're SO glad to be DONE!!! Oh, and we got his scores back a couple weeks later and he did really well- so we're REALLY glad to be done!

Good Times!

Fun times! We went to 2 b-day parties in 1 day- on eof which was a pool party. It was awesome fun! Jayci and Aimee had some fun chillin' in our neighbor's wagon and the picture of Dez is w/ a little boy named Mason who, though he's a month younger than her, actually weighs a few oz more! He he he- We also just recently bought a new toddler bed for miss Jayci- she has done really well w/ the transition and we're excited! She LOVES her "princess bed" and is always asking us to tell her the stories of "Snow White" "Cinda-drella" and "Princess Aurora". She's such a doll!

Project 52: Dentist Family Date Night

For one of Jase's date nights we decided to to a family photo shoot of the 'Dr. Hansens'! It was great fun!!
