I was making dinner and Jayci wanted to help. Since standing by the stove didn't seem like such a smart idea, I decided to let her do the dishes instead! I filled up a bowl with soapy water and gave her a couple of her own bowls to "wash". She ended up giving herself a mini-bath- you can see the soap bubbles in her hair! :)

My kids still love to "help" with the dishes. It is such a great way to keep them occupied while I cook or clean up. Of course Ray and Ruby are old enough now that I actually make them put dishes in the dishwasher when they help!
Jayci is so cute and your family is almost going to double! HOw do you feel? Wish we could see you at Christmas. Hang in there and take care!
